You may return your order (with all tags intact) for any reason within 14 days for a full refund. Our aim is to help you find the perfect jewellery which may mean returning the item for exchange or refund. In this instance we try to make the process as convenient as possible and offer completely FREE return postage (UK only). All our Jewellery is Guaranteed for a year for any manufacturing fault, within this year we will replace or repair your item free of charge.
     
Return Policy
 
We give you 14 days to approve your jewellery in the comfort of your home. When returning jewellery, please ensure items are returned as sent, with all packaging and tags attached. We will not accept items back if the security tag has been removed. Jewellery must be unworn and not modified. Your normal statutory rights are not affected.
